as for who is holding this back, i can't help but think that all smart money is already in, and the real reason this is being held down is because some broker somewhere missed the boat and is trying to ensure a cheaper entry point while it is still possible.
which is good for us too, because it means a few more new small holders are getting the chance to make a cheaper entry too.
