I reckon it has gone as far as the news last time of turnaround and small div says it should...ie already up 2.5 times.
If there is a sustained improvement, then I agree with you.
I'm not so sure tho....at the time of the turnaround, the co issued lots of announcements. If they're consistent of "good news travels fast theory", then the silence is a negative.
