But beyond that ……

As long as RBR's personnel and infrastructure are ok , you would have to think that the restoration and rebuild that will be required throughout the country , will :
a) cause a demand for labour of the sorts that RBR can source

b) possibly/probably , the Govt will have to provide financial aid to various Projects ...and RBR may be able to work in co-operation with the Govt in that regard

c) may likely cause an even greater demand /urgency for a labour force to work on LNG for Andarko /Exxon as these projects start .

On that basis ...the pullback today is puzzling ?
