Red Rocks recently acquired 7.62% of Jupiter Mines LTD. and also acquired for a consideration of one Australian dollar, 3,500,000 options exercisable into Jupiter ordinary shares at 20c per Jupiter ordinary share at any time up to 20th May 2008.
The recent new equity capital issue by RRR of approximately 3.9% of the issued share capital of the Company and the sell off in MDX holdings could be to take profit and finance those options??
