I've checked the Trust Deed on CWHHB and the first call date is the 23rd July 2021.
The terms of the Deed contain almost the same provisions as in CWNHA
that is James Packer or relatives or associated companies taking over Crown DO NOT constitute a change of control event for the purposes of redemptions.
The redemption amount is the same as that for CWNHA i.e. $100 per note.
