these continue to get pounded even as the equity market falls and the CWN stock price falls.....doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to punish it further as I would have thought that a takeover is less and less likely with the carnage in equity markets.....who will front up with the money to help Packer? the notes are acting like I am dead wrong and that the takeover is a given and getting stronger.......
if no takeover then I think the notes have good value....
