My friend has suggested me this company to have a look to see if it's worth putting the money.

My 2 cents:

1. Chant West is the key business generating most of the cash inflows and taking away the cash as well.
2. Enzumo business is more or less dead and there is no green shoots unless company decide to sell this business to smaller Fintech player.
3. New office for the company ..they are now close to their customers. Good move by Brendan!
4. Enzumo's key person Peter Worn has left the organisation.
5. Poor or no communication to exchanges/investors about any new positive development in the company.
6. Very poor trading volumes.. may be investors are not just interested.


However, some of the questions remain unanswered:

1. What is the new product or service they created to offer to the existing client base as part of the strategic vision?
2. What is the cost control measure taken up by the management to make the company cash flow positive as stated in last year AGM.
3. With the royal commission compliance changes are in, what is the renewed strategy adopted by company to pursue its strategic goals.


Will the turnaround happen as they communicated ?
