My guess is that Ted is out meeting with potential new shareholders and possibly some of the decent old money on the register with a good story to tell and a few quarters of positive performance on board. Momentum is with us and it seems as though this money is looking to take a position before the next quarterly is delivered.

Looking forward to the reading how the business is progressing + Cipher Point kicking more goals and how the new IP partnership will be rolled out to Cvt’s current and potential customers.

Solid price action, with the buy side interest not affraid to step up and take out the offer. Iam sure we are seeing some technical / short term money getting pulled into this break out. Where the share price settles towards the end of the week will show us how much.
