Market Update

CVC Limited (ASX: CVC) learned yesterday that two of its Directors, Mr Vanda Gould and Mr John Leaver, had been charged in relation to taxation matters which are not connected to the Company's business.

In the absence of Mr Gould and Mr Leaver, the Directors have considered available information and are not aware of any impact on the Company's business as a result of the allegations against Mr Gould and Mr Leaver.

Any new information that is material to the Company’s business will be advised to the market.
