i hold CVC and i can say i am happy. director just bought 200,000 shares and theres a target price of $2.70.
NTA is at $2.20.
sunland a massive stake in sunland.
undervalued. and to me only a matter of time before we see another leg up.
pays good dividend of 12 cents. and shareholder return has been 20% for the past 5 years.
an upgrade will come.
