i find this ambiguous because what seems to be occuring here is increasing the concentration of REE
how does it change the amount of REE in the concentrate?
whether the REE grade is concentrated to 2% or 12% in the wet plant process, the amount of REE in the concentrate does not change
in 1 tonne of ore, there is 0.29 kg of REE metal
at 68% wet plant recovery, in 1 tonne of ore, there is 0.2 kg of REE metal
if wet plant creates a 2% concentrate or a 12% concentrate, there still remains only 0.2 kg of REE in that concentrate produced from 1 tonne of ore (dirt)
the cost of extracting 0.2kg of REE metal at the wet processing stage is $4 or $20/kg
