at 68% wet plant recovery, in 1 tonne of ore, there is 0.2 kg of REE metal
if wet plant creates a 2% concentrate or a 12% concentrate, there still remains only 0.2 kg of REE in that concentrate produced from 1 tonne of ore (dirt)
the cost of extracting 0.2kg of REE metal at the wet processing stage is $4 or $20/kg
