    Hi Ausheds,

    As there is no such thing in the real world as a 'perfect market' i.e.

    a) homogenous product;
    b) unlimited buyers and sellers;
    c) buyer and sellers with perfect knowledge; and
    d) buyers and sellers making transactions at arms length.

    The market for rare earths has to be imperfect and therefore logically so does the market for producers, don't they?

    In the circumstance of CUX and PUC the question is why is it so imperfect and you have offered two perfectly ration reasons why it could be and there could be a number of others which we have not thought of. But you have to admit it is an interesting example of the impefections of the market.

    Yes, you are right the scoping study was due at the end of Feb, which as it fell over Easter was due last week. I would have liked CUX to have released the study then but I don't mind a week or so late if they get it right.

    The attractiveness to take-off partners and investors is a matter of costs. The chemistry and the size are not an issue, they have been determined. That said the preferences of the mixes of TREO will differ for each off-take partner. The location in a stable political western country is a bonus. So really its all about costs.

    I do find it interesting that posters from other forums are now more regular visitors to the CUX site. A lot more than what was the case 12mths ago. It is really quite flattering that they have a need to try and put CUX down, as if it would make any difference. I do find it quite un Australian to attempt to kick Australian company when it is attempting to find its feet, so while flattering to CUX it is not so much so for the individual negative posters. IMHO any rare earth resource will, subject to the vagaries of the market, succeed on the economics, not on any positive or negative comments by HC posters including my own.

    In answer to your question 'Time to grab a few more u think?' I have an answer but I doubt if its any better than yours and could very possibly be worse than yours. Therefore, I'll leave it for you to decide. I won't insult you in saying do your own research because I know from your posts you do. But for all others DYOR.

    Cheers

    Stoops
