In case you are not aware, (as I note you have been posting on NEA only relatively recently) the culture appears to be quite good. However, in the past it has appeared quite toxic at times.

The change seemed to coincide with the appointment of the current CEO, but he has also had his detractors. I think a robust culture takes many many years to develop, and NEA is heading in the right direction with significant cultural upside.
