Just as there is no getting out of the fact that you were 100% wrong in your assertion that unlisted property fund do not produce financial statements, it is also true that you are trying to cover up your uperfical knowledge of finance with incoherent dribble.

These are the facts.
If WOW build 5 new Safeway supermarkets in 5 new locations, they are growing thei buiness organically. If they acquire new supermarkets via the purchae of a business such a Foodland they are growing by acquisition.

Whether either option is value accretive from the shareholders point of view i completely irrelevant. Either growth option can be good or bad depending on the particular economic characteristics of each investment.
