Thats exactly what it is, Albert.
I know you are an inexperienced trader, but in finance the opposite to organic growth is growth by acquisition, which was ABS's choice.
If you really want to find out what the real peoblem with ABS is, look back 12 months on Hotcopper when I first warned. At the time ABS was $8 and enjoyed a universal BUY rating.
