Not sure what you are saying there. Normally the lower the P/E the better the performance.
If we use your p/e of 10 and eps of 25c then that equates to an sp of $2.50. I'd be happy with that!
For ABS to have this "no growth" status the centres would have to be full all the time. If the business is going that well (which it is) then you can afford to open more centres (which they are). So there's your growth!
