Momis never stated a 2 year moratorium ... it was an "indefinite moratorium"
The 2 year statutory timeframe only applies to BCL
and just to rehash his latest comments on Panguna:-
"Mr Momis said the moratorium was focussed more on closing the door on BCL rather than mining itself, and despite Panguna's history, there are other developers showing interest."
The question really is, how long is indefinite ?
