As far as having a foot in the door, so to speak, RTG is a step ahead of the game in at least having a Landowner group signed up.
What happens next and when is still anyones guess though
I would expect that BCL would file an appeal to the no-extension of the EL
I am just nor sure what the legal basis will be but I am almost sure they will try to pull a rabbit out of a hat
Depending on what action they take, it will also have to run its course
