Price has been depressed in the 0.001-0.002 range for months so I can't see that it was a single seller dumping because who was buying all those shares. There hasn't been that demand there. Likewise if this was an attempted pump in order to dump then someone has committed a lot of cash in order to try and push higher for an even bigger volume dump which just isn't practicle at all, far too big a risk. The only conclusion I can see is someone has decided to load up thinking they may be able to double or triple their money BUT again with that amount of shares you are taking an awful risk in not being able to sell them higher unless you know that this company has something that will push and keep the sp higher. Decided to jump in to bring my average down.
