This debacle is indirectly helping place a large Australian asset into the hands of a company controlled by the chinese government.
Now you think about that for a minute.
Sino is using the uncertainty to T/O MIS and allowing MMX to weaken to the point where they will be cleaned up cheaply too.
I personally think CHM has been a smokescreen with no chance of achieving a victory.
Oh sure you will get your day in court but at what cost.
I hold MMX but not a lot im more concerned about what this means for my country.
