that is the point. They are getting paid there wages and not updating us. "good progress being made on the note holder" give me a break, this should have been sorted out in October. missing news is the progress on the dso (which also should have happened by now), where we stand with the moratorium and what is happening with the purchase of the supposed mine not to mention the half built structure. it is great they got rid of the case, but Managment are still lacking these updates. it just is not good enough anymore.
