Yes I am. This site assumes the lag of 4 trading days (T+4) is a short instead of the more likely late delivery. A CFD provider may offer a shorting instrument (that's covered by stock ) over WBT but it is not a legal short stock
There's also 1.6 bil on issue so being baffled or conspiratorial by natural supply is not the greatest assumption.
