just traders selling to each other days after days, they churn the same shares over and over again. Grinding down the share price.

similar to a stock i use to own MXQ, people were fearful and dump it at 1/2 cents. i load up, then sit and wait. 2 years later, the stck price jump up to 30 cents. That was my reward for being patience.

XPD won’t increase 60 fold. But 5 fold is reasonable, if dividend is announce.
