Wow! thanks for your advise db, your right I should grab the 1.44 now and not risk holding on for a possible 1.48.
We are really lucky that somebody came along and offered to take our worthless gas off our hands and it is highly unlikely that any other company would be interested and offer us more money.
I will sell my holdings tomorrow, I see you must have sold yours!
