I should qualify my last statement

sure it sucks as a Bow holder, but its pretty smart business by shell.

- IF they can get away with it, the one thing i have said previously is that they may have opened themselves up to competition by being a little too frugal.

regardless, if shell win or lose a bidding war now, its still gonna be cheaper than winning/losing a bidding war once BOW figures out how to successfully convert to 2P
