    Hi Luke
Trimming a holding as it rises is a sound risk minimizing technique.
We have been at 0.22 when the DGR was much less established
My experience tells me SOLG is in play. BHP or another major may bid for Cascabel alone putting 1 billion plus into SOLGs treasury. This transforms SOLG into a mid tier cashed up mining coy and must value it well over 1 pound. A full takeover is also on the cards. I believe the initial offer will need to be over 1 pound to gain some traction. The gargantuan land holding in Ecuador merits a bid over 2 pounds. Any result will be transformative for DGR and todays pre tax NTA of around 0.33 will go much higher.
This is a rare situation to have a coy like DGR holding near cash assets with massive blue sky potential in those tradeable assets trading at a fraction of NTA. It is better than GIR and SMM that I 10-12 bagged on but missed the 100 bag through lack of faith in the directors and the market. A better strategy would have been to start selling at 3-5 bag and unload parcels up to the 100 bag mark.
