Current Market Cap

Just looking at the current market cap of around 15 million and the latest Sept quarterly showed cash holdings of around 15 million. No allowances made to physical assets, market believing Cambay, Canning, etc are worthless now... So if OEX goes under physical asset's are effectively going to be gifted to the likes of Magna and Zeta or another party while current shareholders are left up the creek.

One thing I have learned about all this is Ron and Co are terrible in managing the relationship of raising new money while creating value for a company. Just look at what happened with Darwin and Zeta and there is a clear pattern of mismanagement. IMO no chance of getting private investors to participate in any further capital raising at these levels and even if they found another larger investor I don't think the market will believe it until the deal is done and the money in OEX bank account.
