a bit incestious? i wonder what could be going on here? i'm sure its all above board and an honest transaction...

i'd love to hear an explanation?

Not sure of the explanation you are or are not looking for. I would suggest emailing them. They have been very courteous and quick in their responses to me. You seem to have a much longer relationship with them then I do and I do appreciate the heads-up that you post.
