Hi Fudgy I've been a long term holder of this stock and am incredibly impressed by the board of the company managing to get the backing of Rinehart and HPPL. I spoke to Bruce Kay at the Melbourne Mining Club after he gave a presentation several years ago and thought at the time if someone with the geological pedigree of Bruce Kay (ex head of global exploration for Newmont and 2IC at Normandy) was backing this story then it must have some substance to it. And now it looks like it has a company with deep pockets to follow the story through to production to believe in it as well. In my humble view getting a company like HPPL to back CYL is better than a Rio Tinto or BHP as this investment is so far outside their normal investment criteria they must have serious belief in the asset and the people.

There is another story about it by Barry Fitzgerald in the Australian today but it is a paid subscription story so I can't provide the link but it is certainly worth reading, especially the comment by Bruce Kay that "He ranks Catalyst’s hunt at Four Eagles to be in the top 10 exploration projects he has been involved with in the last 30 years".

Pity I didn't top up with a few more shares before this came out as I can only see this SP going up with the backing of Rinehart and HPPL and we won't see 20 cents again for a long while.
