Room for improvement? Yes. Easy job? No. For now I just hope they are able to continue reducing thier admin costs. Last quarter admin cost was $265,000 before that $278,000 and before that $367,000. Estimate for this current quarter is $80,000. Good if they can get close to it, but no info to make a judgement call on. Time is money or in our case money is time. Enough time to get as good a deal as we can. Fingers crossed.
