It does state " news pending the status of a material transaction " so regardless how long it takes , i would much prefer to wait for the deal ( in what ever form ) to take place than not at all ... And in any case the suspension doesnt state " pending the news of results of the managements card game " ... To the amount of work and DD to aquire up to 90% of an already fully operation company, takes a serious amout of time and expertice ... particularly if the company intending to take it over hasn't produced prior. Putting it this way ... who would prefer to have not taken this up ? and waited for results at Fury ? we would've been read our last rites by now ... so not me .. Happy to wait
