Probaby would have been good to have some sort of share sale or transfer facility where those GIR shareholders who are only going to get a handful of GCY shares could elect to sell their entitlement off market at a fair price, with other GIR shareholders having first bite at any shares offered this way.
Anyhow, GCY is just a sideshow, as we all know.....
