Shareholders and directors of Cuervo should consider themselves lucky if they get anything.
Considering the admin spend and community 'development' programs, these type of projects are more liabilities than assets in the current environment. It is no wonder that the market still has no appetite for these multi-billion dollar capex projects. Moreover, Cuervo has already been greedy with their resource estimates and now they are trying to buy time by digging their heals in.
I do not wish financial loss against anybody. I am hoping for an amicable resolution.
However, they know the risk of investing in a junior resource company is that you can come out the other end with nothing.
