Well it's started - Strike has officially asked for their $5.25M back due to 'Cuervo's insolvency'.

A bit of argy bargy in our future. My take is that Cuervo will not do anything (as indicated), Strike will then apply through the courts for their money back by forcing a bankruptcy on the company. Then the fight over does Cuervo have over 500mt (45% mortgage) or not (90% mortgage) will begin.

Cuervo confessed that they cannot even pay management salaries. How can they pay legal fees?

Interesting times ahead. Strike Resouces is worse than the Bold and the Beautiful.
