Cuervo's only chance to stand along is a white knight. A possibility as their assets are interesting and high potential. I don't blame them for holding on for dear life.

But they have no money to do anything which means what they have now is all they have over the next 7 months to negotiate some good solution for themselves. If they cant then come next June/July Strike will pick this up for a song. The closer it comes to this time the better or Strike.

Boy will this be interesting if these two companies combine. Do some research - there are not too many iron ore plays with these types of assets floating around. And the demand for iron ore is going to continue to climb.

I was at a presentations at Credit Suisse and ANZ Institutional over the past few months and they both tip a rise in iron ore demand over the next 15 years to climb by 25-30%. 300m Chinese and 1B global people are to move from the county into cities over the next 30 years. Massive! That means massive development still needed. Need steel. Need iron ore. Strike's potential is massive. But they need to manage this.

Don't listen to the media. If this company can combine with Cuervo and they have over 1bt iron ore. Watch out.
