I think it’s common Sense, to assume, as a layman, that it is extremely low risk, for whatever reason we are unable to meet our current GSA contractual obligations; but we are not currently at a stage to meet the other half. I’m guessing and hopeful there is a great probability of this but not sufficient enough to enable a GSA! I’m sure once capacity assurance is fully derisked the remaining ngp capacity will be gobbled up by CTP gas and heading to a desperate Eastern customer soon enough! There is absolutely no reason to be doom and gloom. We know the above ground team are working full speed spending good money doing so.
