Good post aabbaadd. I did took certain note and likings to this part:

Disreputable company behaviours like you call it, is just that these people in control of the companies are let to roam free and even when they are caught out with their pants around their ankles, they get away with it as the regulators will let them go. No one even dare to deregister them from holding any future boards positions for God's sake, so what do you expect. Just look at what happened to some of them even though the Royal Commission came up with some shocking evidence of their past behaviours. Nothing, while some of them got positions in some other companies like nothing happened.
They will leave one company, then they won't write anything about leaving that company and as to why they did so in their CVI and then, like mushrooms do after a short shower of rain, they come up somewhere else. RINSE AND REPEAT it is called. In the meantime, some poor investors have been forced into the poor house and forced to eat baked beans for the rest of their lives (IF THEY ARE LUCKY THAT IS), while the ones causing this problems will still be eating caviar and living the high life.

But then think about it and think as to why this is allowed to go on without anyone interfering no making any efforts to change the system. And you know what.? Now tell me as to why most of our Politicians, (Yes the one writing the rules and the Laws) aren't willing to stir the pot and force any changes....Where do they end up when they will leave Parliament if not getting a nice cushy position in some Board and collecting big money, let alone all the juicy ongoing privileges which goes along with the job, and been set up for the rest of their lives.???
