ctp ... identity dilema

There are 4 Corners programmes, documentaries, T.V. series, movies, musicals, operas, plays, satires, novels, poems, etc., in making about CTP. 

2018 current Chair cancels quarterly report webcast  -  previously agreed by former CEO and Chair after request from and discussions with shareholders. No announcement or explanation about cancellation given at time or since.

2019 CEO writes he plans to re-instate quarterly report webcast as well as have " more clarity and regularity in our ( sic ) shareholder communication."

CEO writes he has in seven months met many existing and potential shareholders and will broaden this communication. Simultaneously articulated detailed concerns and attempts to clarify information about company on social media are ignored. ASX policy is companies should monitor social media and make corrective statements where indicated.

CEO writes he commits to " convert potential into share price appreciation" while Chair says interests of people identifying as native take precedence over shareholders. 

CTP continues to pay over and above market for goods and services in N.T. without discussion with or authorisation from shareholders.
 
Expensive Head Office hirings are in progress without detailed explanation of necessity / productiveness / alternatives / cost-benefit analysis.

CEO intends initiate broker / analyst coverage " and communicate with clarity and regularity with shareholders ".

Previous CEO and Chair were going to initiate coverage too and it did not happen. Shareholders found out information about their company through unrelated third party sources.

Chairman says he is small shareholders representative on the Board. CEO writes about communicating with shareholders intending clarity and regularity. Yet ambiguities, incomplete statements, non-explanations, after event notices, unsigned releases etc., are contemporary.

CTP has intensive continuing history and dynamics full of drama, intrigue, upheavals, change, miscommunication, etc.,  Social media continues active and frustrated - current indications are CTP culture and practise are unchanging and unresolving.

How can brokers / analysts make coherent stable confident interpretations of this ?  How can prospective investors be confident risking their money in CTP ?   Questions, questions, questions.....
