    I will answer you this:

    I cannot recollect one single time where independent experts and valuers whereby they went to report or reported against the people which are paying for their fees. Most importantly, who was/were the one/ones which gave the information to the expert/valuer to prepare their report.??

    I rest my case in this one too.
