I can't help but think this was all cooked up from day 1. Wherever Boo Boo ends up next will be all you need to know. Once CGA is wound up, or down whichever it is, those shareholders- and staff- will be left wondering what on earth happened and he will be on Sky under their name.
Will there be a scrip offer for CGA by NAOS? Or vice versa? What was the plan all along? Either contango was a dud and he needed a bail out, or there was a reason NAOS came in for so much into this
As for the interests of CTN shareholders.....bwahahaha
