The shareholders of CTN where going to get their chance to terminate GB very soon. How can we have his friend Poutakidis negotiating high management fees and adding a performance fee ,locking us in to generate a profit for CGA of $12.5 million. The previous Board did the right thing by shareholders , appointed a better performing manager (then CGA,Naos) at a lower fee. Bring them back to look after us through this bailout by the incompetents.
