So initial directors notice lodged with asx. New director ken owns zero shares. New director trevor owns zero shares.
How many did the exiting directors own? 3 mill? 5 mill?
Here's an idea. How about new directors stump up real moolah and buy ctn shares. Better still buy off the old directors at nav. Show the small shareholders (who comprise the 55% that did not vote) how strongly u believe in ctn. Buy at nav.
