I think I heard this morning on the radio that the Aussie 10yr bond rate is around 5.5% ?
For we mere mortals, it perhaps wouldnt be unrealistic to use the rate that we could get for a 10 year Term Deposit.
Lots of ways of looking at it though. I could even argue that you might use your home mortgage rate. Paying off your mortgage is, after all, an investment worth considering.
