    You say: "Individual thoughts are not tolerated !"

    You should "tolerate" individual thoughts - usually they are the most valuable ones. Just because somebody has a view that is different than yours does not make their voice any less worthy.

    Listen to a wide variety of views then make up your own mind. Don't just accept the "conventional wisdom" or "majority view"
