I stand by the 25,000 tests per day to be carried out by Brookes Air Force Base as they become the central processing unit for the US Military.
I had a friend who is in the US Airforce was stationed at Baghdad, first thing they do is take a blood test as soon as you hit US soil, the tests which are madatory are for TB and Leishmania among other blood related tests. QFT test for both.
There are some 2 million tests done by the military. The US Air Force is currently writing software for the automated ELISA reader which will process the mass QFT -IT tests. This will substantially reduce the time to process the tests which will enable a new defacto standard for TB testing worldwide.
