Given the area of that companies mine (Menzies ) I doubt it is relevant to BBX as the ore there use to get shipped down to Norton gold fields Paddington plant near Kalgoorlie which was a comminution/ cyanide plant for non refractory ore .
BBX seems to have refractory ore ie over around 65% of it is not recoverable by grinding and leaching .
Just my 2 cents and I am not a metallurgist .
However I would think its good for BBX to look at all options , as smeltering the ore in the current process is costly per tonne (not per ounce ) with reagents power and also CAPEX .
