CSE : Under valued, page-2

Hi there.
Im new to this forum, but pretty stoked to have found this stock...
I see that management lately have been picking up small parcels of shares. Like hatchet harry just picked up $625 bucks worth according to the last annoucement.

My theory is that management are trying to stop price manipulation by picking up whatever small amounts of shares are being offered up in attempts to supress or manipulate...

thoughts or any other ideas as to why this is happening??
