Yes, I am sure Mr Wilson (the CEO of insurance company Aviva) is pushing very hard for Macron and Merkel to introduce "a blizzard of regulations", as the competition from the crypto space is probably giving him a lot of headaches.
Besides the paper's interview with Mr Wilson, their comment that "China have banned it", and then also looking at their other headlines... I wouldn't exactly suggest that the Sunday Express would be my first port of call into whats going on in the cryptocurrency space!
