I recently raised withdrawal tickets (4days ago) and to date have not been contacted regarding this problem.
The coin sent from the Cryptopia wallet has not generated a TX id (transaction id) on the blockchain, so the receiving exchange is not able to assist.....nor can I as a user of the blockchain.....please please, if anyone knows someone in cryptopia, please have them make contact with me to resolve this issue.
FYI i have accounts with 2 other exchanges and they usually respond back to my tickets within the day (24hrs).....still waiting when 24hrs in the crypto world is like 1 year everywhere else.
