Haven't tried Kraken so unsure - pretty popular though. Binance is one of the big ones so plenty of liquidity ( like Kraken ) but I think they are way behind with many new applications in the system and have put a halt on new requests??? Could be wrong. There are quite a few out there - Kucoin good from my experiences and the aussie coinspot is expensive to operate but a dead easy platform with a surprising amount of choice - have fun and only trade with what you can afford to lose
